Bill is a lifelong Pittsburgh resident having attended the University of Pittsburgh on an athletic scholarship and then working his way through Pitt’s law school. After years of successfully representing America’s largest corporations, Bill’s first wife passed away from cancer and he had an epiphany. Bill chose to walk away from corporate America and to represent hard working individuals and their families against those corporate interests that put profits ahead of the wellbeing of employees, customers, and the public at large. Bill has a deep understanding of the tactics that are most effective against large companies and inside knowledge of what it takes to win a case against corporate interests. One of Bill’s proudest moments as a lawyer came when he took on a case for a young ex-Marine who could not find legal representation against a large healthcare company. Bill doggedly developed the case and won his client an over $1,000,000 jury verdict — in the case no other lawyer would take. Bill has handled numerous complex trials to verdict and recovered millions of dollars in settlements for his clients.

Bill has three grown children and lives in Mt. Lebanon with his wife Sandy and their dog Evie. When not immersing himself in the facts and strategy for his next trial, Bill can be found working out in his garage or hitting the trail on his gravel bike.
