Biography
Jamie has been working tirelessly for the past decade to fight for those who have been poisoned by asbestos and toxic chemicals at work, as well as those needlessly injured by the carelessness of property owners. Having grown up in a blue-collar family, Jamie feels a deep connection to laborers and tradesmen who worked in steel mills, power plants, chemical plants, and other industrial settings in and around Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio. Jamie has been honored to represent hundreds of workers in cases filed all over the country.
In a recent mesothelioma case involving nuclear power plants, Jamie and his team filed complaints in five different states resulting in settlements of over $3.5 million. Another recent instance involves a 58-year-old individual who contracted mesothelioma due to asbestos exposure from his father’s work clothes. His father, employed as a lineman for a power company, inadvertently carried asbestos dust home, leading to a legal settlement exceeding $5.5 million.
Jamie has effectively pursued numerous legal cases related to talcum powder, ensuring accountability for companies that were aware of their products’ dangers yet chose to continue selling and profiting from them over extended periods.
Jamie lives in the South Hills with his wife and three daughters who fill his life with joy and love.
PRACTICE AREAS
We have a long history of litigation for mesothelioma, lung cancer, asbestosis, and related cancers caused by asbestos exposure.
Whether through traffic accidents, slips and falls, or defective products, if you have been injured through no fault of your own, let us evaluate your case.
For more than 30 years, our attorneys, paralegals, and other support staff have been pioneers in toxic tort lawsuits. We have helped many people who have been injured themselves, but also many families who’ve lost loved ones to toxic exposures, and also to those who have suffered as a result of second-hand exposure.
