Jason Ministrelli
Jason Ministrelli was born in Detroit, Michigan and grew up working for the family business doing asphalt paving and road construction. Jason spent summers on the job with a shovel, a jackhammer and operating heavy equipment as early as 10 years old. Jason continued to work construction doing asphalt and landscaping during college and law school, and he continues to cut his grass, shovel snow, and do his own home repairs. Jason is motivated to help injured victims because Jason experienced many hot, hard days work getting dirty working with dusty products and chemicals. Jason understands that workers did their jobs as instructed and were not always informed of the risks involved.
Biography
Jason has handled cases in many different areas of law, and Jason’s work for clients has resulted in millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements to compensate his clients and their families. Jason Ministrelli began working with clients with asbestos related diseases in the summer of 1995. Jason has spent the last 3 decades representing hundreds of clients that have suffered injuries across the country, and as a result, he has learned of hundreds of different companies and the asbestos products and equipment that they manufactured. Jason is licensed to practice law in the states of Michigan, Illinois, Minnesota , Missouri and Texas.
Jason always fights hard for his clients and their families in Court in many states across the country. Jason is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Metropolitan Detroit Bar Association and the Michigan Association of Justice. Jason has been nominated as a member of the Lawyers of Distinction, Super Lawyers and The National Trial Lawyers Top 100. Jason always informs his clients that it is up to the people to stand up to these companies making defective products and file appropriate claims. Forcing these companies to pay compensation is the only way to stop these companies from continuing to make dangerous products that cause pain and suffering people and their families. Jason knows that important it is to the client to make sure that their families and loved ones will be compensated for any injury caused by a dangerous product if anything were to happen to them. If these companies would have followed the law and provided safe products and/or warnings, thousands of injuries could have been avoided.
Jason lives in Michigan with his wife, two children and his dogs. Jason used to enjoy playing hockey, going to concerts, watching sports, but now he is spends his time being a dad and husband.
