
Justin L. Carpenter
Justin Carpenter is an associate attorney at Goldberg, Persky & White, P.C., with a focus in asbestos litigation. He joined the firm in August 2023.
Biography
Justin was born and raised in Texas, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science from Texas A&M University.
In 2014, he moved to Pittsburgh and attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. While in law school, he worked as an intern for the Defender Association of Philadelphia and was active with the Pitt Legal Income Sharing Foundation. After law school, he worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Central Pennsylvania before practicing criminal defense privately, where he pushed the envelope in protecting his clients’ constitutional rights.
